Job summary

HDR is seeking a BES Business Group Data Steward embedded in the Building Engineering Services group to shape data definitions and governance across BES disciplines. This leadership role coordinates SME inputs, aligns data practices with enterprise standards, and enables better decision-making and efficient project delivery.

As a senior data leader, you will drive adoption of data standards, collaboration across domain experts, and the reuse of data across projects, time, and teams to realize

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, data science, business, computer science, or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Architecture Engineering industry.
Experience leading and developing diverse teams.
Ability to work with senior leaders, operations managers and technical directors.

Responsibilities

Define and implement repeatable data practices across BES to support delivery teams.
Coordinate SME expertise to define technical standards and data definitions.
Promote data governance and reuse across projects and environments.
Drive adoption of data standards, workflows, and tools within BES BG.
