Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school with 4-5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification is preferred; certifications/licenses as required by local/state jurisdictions.
• Meet the physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs or more; stooping, standing, and climbing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Analytical and numerical abilities are required for calculations and decision making.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain energy management and efficiency of building systems.
• Assist preventive maintenance to meet system lifespans; perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow safety policies for hazardous materials storage and disposal to maintain a safe workplace.
• Review and inspect building systems to ensure operation within design specs.
