Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required; trade school diploma preferred.
• EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal or Type II) required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Experience in building operations, preventive maintenance, or supervision beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Install and set up heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and components.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults; test system performance and replace defective parts.
• Perform routine tune-ups, clean coils, check refrigerant levels, and change filters.
• Explain issues and repair options clearly to customers with upfront estimates and recommendations.
• Adhere to codes, OSHA guidelines, and EPA regulations on refrigerant recovery.
• Maintain records of service calls, parts used, and hours worked.
• Perform maintenance on mechanical, plumbing, structural, and life safety systems; ensure standards.
• Follow safety policies for hazardous materials and keep a clean workplace.
