Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 4–5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred; local licenses may be required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks; safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program and optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Follow policies for hazardous materials storage, handling, and disposal.
• Review fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing inspections for operation within design specs.
• Share knowledge and coach peers across related disciplines.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Explain complex information clearly to stakeholders.
