Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 4–5 years of related experience.
• EPA 608 certification required.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of building systems and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to building systems including mechanical, plumbing, electrical and controls.
• Ensure facilities meet applicable codes, safety regulations and client requirements.
• Maintain an energy management program to optimize efficiency.
• Assist preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow safety policies for storage, handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Review inspections of fire, HVAC and plumbing systems for design compliance.
• Share knowledge and coach others; lead by example.
