Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA refrigerant handler license required.
• NATE HVAC certification preferred; Stationary Engineer license beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair of building systems.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and on-call rotations.
• Maintain life safety systems and recordkeeping for compliance.
• Inspect and oversee contractors and repairs; ensure code compliance.
