Job summary

CP Group, a leading commercial real estate owner-operator, seeks a Building Engineer to maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life-safety systems across Denver properties. You will work with a team to ensure safe, efficient operations and high tenant service.

The role requires 3–5 years of property maintenance experience, universal CFC certification, licenses as applicable, and strong diagnostic skills. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and support building automation to ensure

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property maintenance experience in commercial buildings
• Strong mechanical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to prioritize urgent repairs
• Safety-conscious and compliant with codes/regulations
• Excellent communication with tenants and team

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, or HVAC maintenance and repairs
• Maintain and monitor mechanical equipment and building systems
• Respond to emergency situations and tenant concerns promptly
• Conduct preventive maintenance per OEM standards and manufacturer guidance
• Inspect life-safety systems and ensure NFPA compliance
• Coordinate with vendors and manage punch-list items
