Job summary

CCSNV CCS Facility Services - Nevada, Inc. is seeking a Building Engineer I to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on building systems to ensure safe and efficient operation at the assigned property.

The role requires knowledge of electrical, HVAC, life safety, and BAS systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, read drawings, and coordinate with management. On-call availability and strict safety adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in operating and maintaining electrical systems and safety procedures.
• HVAC knowledge including rooftop, split and package units, with troubleshooting experience.
• Familiar with life safety systems and fire/pump inspection records.
• Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for interaction with tenants and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and on-call requests.
• Inspect and service life safety systems and emergency generators.
• Coordinate with management and subcontractors as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and materials used.
