Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Building Engineer I in Denver, CO to maintain and repair building systems including HVAC, electrical, and life safety. The role requires reacting to service calls, following safety procedures, and coordinating with property management and vendors.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in building operations, EPA refrigerant handling, and a valid driver’s license. Universal EPA license and NATE HVAC certification are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the building operation/maintenance field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
• Universal EPA Refrigerant Handler License required.
• NATE Certified HVAC Technician is required.
• Refrigeration Operating Engineer or Stationary Engineer License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, and life safety.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies per on-call procedures.
• Inspect and maintain life safety systems and fire pumps; document results.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for specialized work.
• Update and maintain repair records and drawings as required.
