Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in building/property maintenance or building engineering.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance, including chillers, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, VAVs, and related electrical/plumbing equipment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Flexibility to be on-call to respond to after-hours / weekend emergency requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and necessary maintenance, and repairs to building mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems for optimal operation and safety.
• Respond to client requests, prioritize and assign work orders to Building Engineers, and follow up to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with property managers, suppliers, and department leaders; manage reports, inventory, and scheduling.
