Job summary

The role requires a Minnesota 2nd Class Grade C Boiler Operator license, Refrigeration Universal Recovery Certificate, and strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and energy management systems.

Qualifications

• You must have 5+ years in building maintenance or engineering.
• Licensed Boiler Operator in Minnesota (2nd Class, Grade C).
• Refrigeration certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and energy systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily operating logs for HVAC, fans, charts, meters, and general complaints.
• Respond to tenant service requests and manage work orders efficiently.
• Assist in developing the annual budget and RFP process for projects.
• Ensure proper chemical treatment levels for cooling towers and boilers.
