Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of solid building preventive maintenance, routine maintenance and safety experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Mechanical ability and HVAC/electrical/plumbing certification experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to use a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement).
• Solid communication skills and ability to interface with tenants and staff.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify vendors, including multiple bids for projects.
• Monitor and log vendor performance for on-site activities.
• Coordinate tenant improvements with Property Manager, tenants and vendors.
• Respond to tenant service calls and provide written/verbal updates.
• Manage building systems to optimize tenant comfort and safety.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, and basic mechanical repairs as needed.
• Maintain on-site stock of supplies and repair parts.
• Conduct regular building inspections and document corrective actions.
