Job summary

Paycom is seeking an intermediate level Facilities Maintenance technician to perform preventative maintenance and repairs across building systems in a fast-paced environment. You will inspect HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and electrical components, perform general repairs, and assist with site safety and event setup.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years of maintenance or construction trades experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel to multiple sites in the United States as

Qualifications

• High School, GED or Associates degree in Engineering, Electronics or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in building maintenance or construction trades.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel occasionally to other sites in the United States to support Facilities Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and repairs on HVAC units, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and electrical systems.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, sprinkler systems, walls, doors, and related components; patch and paint as needed.
