The role supports preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and inspections onsite while ensuring safety and energy efficiency standards. The position emphasizes compliance with codes, ongoing maintenance planning, and opportunities to mentor colleagues within CBRE's safety-focused operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma or equivalent with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred; licenses as required by local/state jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire safety, and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and energy efficiency standards.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Manage hazardous materials storage, handling, and disposal per policy.
• Review and inspect building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) for proper operation.
• Mentor others and contribute to CBRE RISE culture and safety practices.
