Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a full-time facilities maintenance technician in Dallas, TX. You will perform preventative maintenance and general upkeep of center facilities, including minor plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and about two years of experience repairing minor electrical/plumbing and facilities issues or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred, and two years of experience repairing minor electrical/plumbing and facilities issues or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the maintenance of center facilities performing preventative maintenance to reduce future problems.
• General knowledge and the ability to perform general maintenance related to the facilities including but not limited to: minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and minor facilities maintenance.
• Ensures maintenance activities operate within established policies and procedures and local state and federal regulations.
