Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an on-site HVAC Technician in Bradley, IL. The role focuses on operating, maintaining, and repairing HVAC/R, BAS, and related systems across facilities.

You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and reliability of building systems. Qualified candidates have 3+ years field experience or 5+ years in the trade, EPA 608 certification, and strong electrical/plumbing knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field experience with trade school training or 5 years total field experience.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Strong HVAC/R, plumbing, and electrical maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work in hot/cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, maintain, repair HVAC/R systems and related equipment; troubleshoot and repair BAS, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Respond to service requests for indoor temperature and comfort; perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain accurate system documentation and update work orders in CMMS and SAP in real time.
• Attend safety meetings, complete training, and support team operations as needed.
