Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2–4 years of commercial maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Test and replace parts in plumbing, electrical, and heating systems.
• Identify, recommend and implement preventive maintenance actions.
• Maintain property grounds and ensure curb appeal.
• Handle tenant service requests within the manager's timetable.
• Assist in controlling maintenance expenditures and bid processes.
• Coordinate and inspect contractor work.
