Job summary

CBRE is seeking a hands-on Building Engineer to maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and HVAC systems at a large commercial facility. The role involves preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and inspections on-site, ensuring safety and energy efficiency in line with CBRE standards.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with MS Office and CMMS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Universal CFC certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to building systems including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and HVAC.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and energy efficiency standards.
• Support preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and inspections on-site.
