You will support building enclosure consulting projects through field investigations, testing and analysis, prepare clear reports, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical solutions across diverse facilities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with building enclosure consulting, including field investigations, testing, commissioning (BECx), design review, or forensic assessments.
• Experience with non-destructive testing preferred.
• Professional certifications such as NRCA/RCI, AWCI, ICC, IIBEC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform building science & infrastructure testing, inspections, and consulting.
• Conduct site observations and inspections of roofing and building enclosure systems.
• Interpret drawings, figures, and site plans; draft or CAD work as needed.
• Perform building enclosure testing; assist with testing protocols and test plans.
• Interpret test results; identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with forensic assessments, commissioning, and enclosure investigations.
• Assist with design reviews and peer review of specifications.
• Maintain familiarity with IBC, ASHRAE, ASTM, and CSI.
