ECS Group of Companies seeks a Building Enclosure Project Professional to join the Florida Building Science + Infrastructure team in Jacksonville, FL. You will support building enclosure consulting through field investigations, testing, technical analysis, and report preparation for diverse facility types.

Collaborate with experienced consultants and multidisciplinary teams to evaluate envelope performance, support construction quality, and mentor junior staff in a collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience with building enclosure consulting, including field investigations and testing.
• Experience with non-destructive testing preferred.
• Professional certifications such as NRCA/RCI, AWCI, ICC, IIBEC preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform building science and infrastructure related testing, inspections, and consulting services.
• Conduct site observations and inspections of roofing and building enclosure systems.
• Interpret drawings and site plans; assist CAD work when needed.
• Perform enclosure testing and assist with test protocols and plans.
• Interpret test results, identify deficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist with forensic assessments, commissioning activities, and enclosure investigations.
• Assist with design reviews and peer review of specifications and submittals.
• Maintain familiarity with IBC, ASHRAE, ASTM, and CSI.
• Coordinate site activities and communicate with field staff, subcontractors, and managers.
• Prepare clear technical reports summarizing observations and findings.
