MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions is seeking an Account Executive to represent our building control systems capabilities to architects, MEP consultants, and contractors in the Portland market. You will develop retrofit and bid proposals, write specifications, prepare detailed estimates, and grow our customer base with a focus on delivering value through innovative building control solutions.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• A proven track record of selling, estimating, specifying, or installing building controls within Plan & Spec and/or Retrofit markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process from identifying opportunities through proposal development, negotiation, and contract award.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to new and existing customers.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow sales and profitability within the assigned geographic market.
