Candidates should have 3+ years in BAS/BMS or related HVAC sales, strong knowledge of BAS controls and energy solutions, and a proven track record in consultative selling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BAS/BMS sales experience or related HVAC/mechanical sales.
• Experience selling BAS services, controls projects or energy solutions.
• Strong knowledge of BAS controls, HVAC systems, and building automation tech.
• Proven ability to develop and grow client relationships.
• Experience creating proposals, estimates and customer-facing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business and grow existing client relationships.
• Sell BAS service agreements, projects, and solutions with operations/technical teams.
• Develop proposals, estimates and customer-facing solutions.
• Travel throughout the Portland market and broader Oregon territory as needed.
