Harris is seeking a Building Automation Project Manager to supervise BA projects from bid to completion, ensuring design, budget, and schedule adherence. You will lead teams, manage change, and uphold safety standards across diverse projects nationwide.

Expect to coordinate permits, interpret plans, monitor progress, and provide status reports while maintaining quality and client relations. A strong engineering/construction background and 5+ years PM experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• 5+ years of prior project management experience.
• 5+ years of basic understanding of business administration and management principles.
• 5+ years of basic understanding of engineering and technology including principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment.
• 5+ years of basic understanding of building and construction materials, tools, and processes.

• Apply for and obtain all necessary permits or licenses.
• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to owner representatives and staff.
• Track progress and quality of work being performed.
• Lead project team to completion, including post mortems and regular updates.
• Monitor milestones and deliverables; submit reports and updates.
• Provide technical assistance and interpret drawings as required.
• Analyze information to choose best solutions and resolve problems.
• Plan and coordinate project team activities and schedules.
