Working knowledge of business administration and project coordination.
Basic understanding of engineering concepts, electronics, and electrical systems.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Assist the BA project manager in aligning design, budget, and schedule for each project.
Support all phases of construction and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA requirements.
Review and distribute contract documents, drawings, schedules, RFIs, and submittals.
Maintain progress drawings, as-built drawings, and closeout documentation.
Identify changes, draft RFIs, track responses, and participate in field coordination meetings.
Log and monitor project activities, costs, and equipment rentals; assist with permits and pricing changes.
