Job summary

Harris is seeking a construction project support professional to assist the BA project manager, ensuring alignment with design, budget, and schedule for each project. The role supports all project phases and promotes a strong safety culture.

You will coordinate with owners, contractors, and design professionals, manage documentation, and assist with procurement and field coordination to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction materials, tools, and building processes.
• Experience with project coordination and business administration.
• Basic understanding of engineering concepts, electronics, and electrical systems.
• Experience using project management software and MS Office.
• Experience maintaining documentation and records.
• Customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems.
• Ensure a safe work environment is maintained, safety systems/processes are utilized, audits per project, and compliance with OSHA laws.
• Review, organize, and distribute Contract Documents and shop drawings to team members.
• Administer/update progress drawings and as-built drawings.
• Maintain equipment procurement logs and track tool rentals.
• Track all phases of construction projects, including due dates and costs.
