You will help manage documentation, RFIs, submittals, and field coordination while upholding safety standards and quality control. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in construction processes, proficiency with PM software, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction materials, tools, and building processes.
• Working knowledge of business administration and project coordination.
• Basic understanding of engineering concepts, electronics, and electrical systems.
• Experience maintaining accurate documentation and records.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience using project management software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters.
• Ensure a safe work environment is maintained, OSHA compliance observed.
• Review, organize, and distribute contract documents and drawings to team members.
• Administer project closeout documentation including manuals and startup reports.
• Track project phases, costs, and schedule to aid profitability and timelines.
• Assist with permits, RFIs, change orders, and field coordination meetings.
