Job summary

Harris Companies, inc seeks a Construction Project Manager to supervise Building Automation projects from bid to completion in Denver. You will lead teams, interpret plans, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and quality across projects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management, plus strong understanding of construction methods, admin principles, and engineering concepts. This role offers solid growth with a national contractor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• 5+ years of prior project management experience.
• 5+ years of basic understanding of business administration and management principles.
• 5+ years of basic understanding of engineering and technology including principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment.
• 5+ years of basic understanding of building and construction materials, tools, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BA projects from bid to completion ensuring design, budget, and schedule.
• Interpret plans and contract terms for owners/developers and staff.
• Monitor progress, quality, and milestones; prepare status reports.
• Lead project team to completion, including post-mortems and continual improvements.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and related regulations.
