Job summary

Harris is seeking a motivated Construction Coordinator in Denver to assist the BA project manager with design, budget, and schedule across projects. You will support all phases of construction and help maintain safety and quality standards on site.

You will confer with owners, contractors, and design professionals, maintain documentation, track changes, and support closeout activities while using project management software and MS Office to keep records accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction materials, tools, and building processes.
• Working knowledge of business administration and project coordination.
• Basic understanding of engineering concepts, electronics, and electrical systems.
• Experience maintaining accurate documentation and records.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience using project management software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist the BA project manager in ensuring design, budget, and schedule alignment for each project.
• Support all assigned projects and phases of construction.
• Contribute to safety and work culture across the organization.
• Confer with supervisors, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve issues.
• Assist with inspecting or reviewing projects to monitor compliance with Harris and OSHA safety requirements.
• Review, organize, and distribute contract documents and drawings; administer closeout documentation.
• Identify, track, and report changes to scope, pricing, and RFIs; assist with permits and licenses.
