The role emphasizes improving Building Automation programs, collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Field Service, Sales, and customers, and driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project administration, operations, or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities to align with objectives and customer commitments.
• Support planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting of milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and elevate risks, issues, and dependencies impacting success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of actions and deliverables.
• Manage project financial tracking, forecasting, and milestone fidelity.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Support customer communications and prompt resolution of operational concerns.
• Analyze business processes and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare presentations, and document key decisions and actions.
• Ensure compliance with Honeywell policies, quality standards, and procedures.
