Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Sr Program Specialist to serve as the operational backbone for building technology projects, including Building Management Systems, HVAC controls, security, CCTV, and life safety systems. You will manage the full lifecycle from pre-sales through delivery, reporting to the Sr Program Manager on a hybrid schedule from Morrisville, NC.

The role emphasizes estimation, contracts, budgeting, and cost controls to streamline processes and achieve successful outcomes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience in building automation systems, data centers, or construction.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Managing project charters, risk plans, schedules, and financial targets for successful delivery.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Review contracts and estimates to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Monitor program performance, budgeting, and cost controls, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Financial forecasting, working capital control, and delivering the committed P&L.
