Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead and deliver complex automation and technology development projects as part of a global team.

You will drive scope, schedule, cost, quality, and performance across multinational locations, from concept through production, with minimal supervision. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage risks, and ensure stakeholder alignment while leveraging Earned Value Management and contract administration to protect margins.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of automation experience.
• 5+ years in the oil & gas, refining, and/or mining industry.
• 8+ years of project management or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the activities of a project team through the full life cycle of Honeywell Programs.
• Lead and execute with compliance to contracts, terms, risk allocation, and change management.
• Define program goals and align multiple project plans to a shared roadmap.
• Manage interdependencies and resource conflicts; communicate program health to leadership.
• Drive process improvement, tooling adoption, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop, implement, and monitor the program execution plan, including schedule and staffing.
