Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Program Specialist II to lead complex customer projects from initiation through completion. You will drive execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery.

You will report to the Sr. Project Mgmt Supervisor and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Field Service, Sales, and Customer stakeholders to meet objectives and provide value in North Branford, CT.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project coordination, operations, or a related business function.
• Strong organizational, data analysis, and time-management skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Support planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting of milestones.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular status updates.
• Identify, track, and elevate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely action item delivery.
• Manage project financial tracking, forecasting, and milestone fidelity.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Support customer communications and resolve operational concerns.
• Analyze business processes and suggest continuous improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare presentations, and document decisions.
