Job summary

Honeywell INC. is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex automation and technology development projects on a global scale.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across domestic and international sites. Responsibilities include governance, risk management, and leveraging data-driven decision-making to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of automation experience.
• 5+ years in oil & gas, refining, or mining industries.
• 8+ years of project management or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project team activities through full lifecycle to drive revenue > USD 15M per year.
• Lead and ensure compliance with contractual requirements, risk allocation, and change management.
• Define program goals and align multiple project plans to a shared roadmap.
• Manage interdependencies and resource conflicts across teams and sites.
• Communicate program health to senior leadership and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach and support other Project Managers and develop execution plans including schedule and staffing.
• Maintain accountability for conformance and accuracy in scope of work and manage change orders.
