Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Senior Technical NPI Program Manager to lead new product development and sustaining projects in the Supra and Onity lines within the Building Automation group. The role reports to the Engineering Program Manager and offers a hybrid schedule from Salem, OR and Atlanta, GA.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and quality teams to deliver programs on time and within budget, driving innovation and ensuring products meet customer needs and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as technology, engineering or mathematics.
• 5+ years engineering experience in NPI development within a global organization including leading at least two software/hardware products to high volume manufacturing.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and navigate through complex and uncertain situations.
• Strong project management, communication, presentation, leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development and sustaining projects in the Supra and Onity product line.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage and deliver programs within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure alignment of programs with strategic objectives and customer needs.
