Job summary

DAC, Inc. is seeking a System Integration Manager to lead Systems Specialists and Support Specialists during project commissioning for HVAC control systems.

You will coordinate with IT, Engineering, and Installation teams to ensure access to tools, parts and information for startup and warranty resolution. The role requires strong English communication, professionalism, and extensive experience in HVAC control system startup and field implementation.

Qualifications

• HVAC control systems knowledge and field startup experience.
• Strong English communication, both oral and written.
• Willingness to coordinate across departments and manage commissioning/warranty tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Systems Specialists and Support Specialists, coordinate with Commissioning Managers, IT, Engineering, and Installation departments to ensure that Specialists have all tools, parts and information for startup and warranty troubleshooting.
• Dispatching and assignment of projects to direct reports in collaboration with Project Managers for proper resource allocation.
• Document defective parts to ensure proper asset utilization and accurate job-costing.
• Ensure startup punch lists are finalized by Engineering/Software and installation.
• Identify, produce and maintain all contract documents and as-built/commissioning documentation for the project Operations Manual.
• Study project scope and sales agreements to ensure commissioning within scope; understand addendums and changes.
• Understand contractual conditions; coordinate for temporary cooling/heating needs; manage changes and delays.
• Develop start-up and commissioning procedures; produce a commissioning standard document for technicians.
• Provide first-response warranty service and coordinate with service dispatch; document warranty issues and completion records.
• Provide feedback to Installation, Software and Engineering on quality improvements.
• Provide monthly progress percentage reports to the Project Manager for progress billings.
• Pursue established profit margins for commissioning and warranty through project completion; manage time sheets and hours.
