Job summary

Control Service Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex client projects. You will ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet high quality standards while coordinating internal and external teams.

The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, risk management, and proactive client communication to drive satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) and strong budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines and deliverables; oversee execution and address challenges; identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Budget and Task Management: Create and manage project budgets; track expenses and variances; define, assign, and monitor tasks.
• Team Leadership (Internal/External): Lead cross-functional teams; manage external partners and subcontractors; mentor team members.
• Quality Control: Establish and enforce quality standards; conduct reviews and inspections; address issues promptly.
• Client Champion: Act as primary client contact; communicate status and changes; build and maintain strong client relationships.
