Harris, a leading mechanical contractor, is seeking a construction project support role in Colorado. You will assist the BA project manager to align design, budget, and schedule, supporting all project phases and contributing to a strong safety culture.

The role requires 2+ years in construction materials and a solid grasp of project coordination and documentation. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools is expected, with opportunities across multiple regional projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction materials, tools, and building processes.
• Working knowledge of business administration and project coordination.
• Basic understanding of engineering concepts and electrical systems.
• Experience maintaining accurate documentation and records.
• Customer service experience
• Experience using project management software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Assist the BA project manager in ensuring design, budget, and schedule alignment for each project.
• Provide support for all assigned projects and construction phases.
• Contribute to safety and work culture across the organization.
• Communicate with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to resolve issues.
• Assist with inspections to monitor safety and OSHA compliance.
• Distribute and log project documents, drawings, schedules, RFIs, and submittals.
• Track changes to scope, pricing, RFIs, and field orders.
