Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is seeking a Builder Services Project Manager 2 in the United States to fluenty manage quotes, POs, and WOs, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.

The role requires owning low to medium complexity projects and collaborating across departments to maintain margins. You will review orders for accuracy, communicate schedules, and promptly respond to inquiries, while building knowledge of product lines and technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum 8 years industry experience in sales, estimating, engineering, drafting, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate accurate quotations, purchase orders, and work orders to exceed customer expectations.
• Review jobs for accuracy and ensure proper classification of orders.
• Process orders, quotations, and inquiries from builders with clarity and timeliness.
• Communicate drawings and shipping schedules to customers and builders.
• Verify pricing reflects the defined scope on Purchase Orders.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from customers, builders, and district managers.
• Analyze and discuss change orders with customers; notify other departments as needed.
• Price and process change orders promptly to protect margins.
• Read and interpret architectural plans and specifications; collaborate with other departments.
