Qualifications

• 10+ years industry experience in sales, estimating, engineering, drafting, or project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication and mathematical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Advanced understanding of general construction fundamentals and engineering principles.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute low, medium, and high complexity technical projects.
• Review jobs processed by others for accuracy and proper order classifications.
• Process orders, quotations, and inquiries with clear, timely communication.
• Coordinate drawings and shipping schedules with customers/builders.
• Verify pricing reflects scope of work on Purchase Orders.
• Respond promptly to Customer, Builder and District Sales Manager inquiries.
