Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Builders Services Project Manager 3 to drive accurate quotations, purchase orders and work orders, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with builders, sales managers and internal departments to keep pricing, schedules and orders aligned with project scope.

The role requires strong project management, exceptional communication, and experience with construction processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute low, medium, and high complexity technical projects.
• Review jobs processed by others for accuracy (class 1-10 orders).
• Process orders, quotations and inquiries from builders with clear write-up and expediting.
• Communicate drawing and shipping schedules with customers/builders.
• Verify pricing reflects the defined scope of work on PO.
• Respond promptly to customer, builder and district sales manager inquiries.
• Analyze change orders with customers/builders and notify other departments.
• Price and process change orders to meet margins.
• Coordinate with other departments to exceed customer expectations.
• Improve understanding of Cornerstone Building Brands products and procedures.
