Job summary

You will coordinate with builders, sales managers, and other departments to meet timelines and maintain margins.

Responsibilities include reviewing jobs, expediting orders, reading architectural plans, and improving understanding of company products and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum 8 years industry experience in sales, estimating, engineering, drafting, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate accurate Quotations, Purchase Orders, and Work Orders to meet customer expectations.
• Review jobs processed for accuracy and proper ordering.
• Provide prompt, professional responses to customer requests and inquiries.
• Clarify and expedite orders per policies and procedures.
• Communicate drawings and shipping schedules with customers.
