Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Houston, TX seeks a Builder Services Project Manager 3 to ensure accurate quotations, purchase orders and work orders, while delivering prompt, courteous responses to customer requests.

You will own low to high complexity technical projects, review orders for accuracy, and coordinate with builders and district sales managers. Strong communication and reading architectural plans are essential as you work across departments to meet customer expectations and margins.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years industry experience in sales, estimating, engineering, drafting, or project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Own complete execution of low, medium, and high complexity projects.
• Review jobs for accuracy and correct classification.
• Process orders, quotations, and inquiries from builders.
• Communicate drawings and shipping schedules with customers.
• Verify pricing reflects the defined scope of work.
• Respond promptly to customer, builder, and sales inquiries.
• Coordinate change orders with other departments to protect margins.
• Read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
