Job summary

Fireside Hearth & Home in York, PA is seeking a Builder Sales Representative to grow the company’s northern territory across York, Downingtown, or Limerick. This full-time role requires a proactive sales approach, strong relationship building, and mastery of our installation process to provide optimal product recommendations.

You will apply Sandler Selling Skills, manage accounts in Salesforce, and develop relationships with decision makers at multiple levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in sales, business, marketing or related field preferred.
3+ years of sales experience (B2B experience preferred).
Experience with Salesforce preferred
Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in an autonomous work environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly organized with proven ability to work efficiently and manage time wisely.

Responsibilities

Utilize Sandler Selling Skills process and tools to achieve territory goals.
Develop an in-depth understanding of products and installation process for appropriate recommendations.
Systematically manage account plans to maximize sales opportunities via CRM.
Develop and nurture relationships with key decision makers at multiple levels within each account.
