Job summary

Fireside Hearth and Home is seeking a Builder Sales Representative to cover York, Downingtown or Limerick, PA, with Lancaster/Berks/West Chester as the territory. The role includes base pay plus incentives and an annual automobile allowance of $9,900.

The candidate will use Sandler Selling Skills, develop product knowledge, and manage key accounts through Salesforce to grow sales and build executive relationships across multiple levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales, business administration, marketing or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of sales experience (B2B experience preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in an autonomous work environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized with proven ability to work efficiently and manage time wisely.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Sandler Selling Skills process and tools to achieve territory goals.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of products and installation process to provide appropriate recommendations.
• Systematically manage account plans to maximize sales opportunities via CRM.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision makers at multiple levels within each account.
