Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking a Builder Sales Representative to drive sales and build relationships with homebuilders. You will prospect, present, quote and close installations while coordinating with regional leaders to grow builder partnerships.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in sales/marketing, experience selling to homebuilders, and strong reporting skills. Travel about 30% and a competitive benefits package accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales and marketing success, preferably to homebuilders.
• Ability to compile numbers, interpret data and present in reports.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, quote and close product installations with homebuilders of varying size.
• Manage ongoing relationships with builder partners.
• Coordinate builder sales with General Managers, Region Managers, and VP Builder Sales.
• Develop and execute sales/marketing strategies per company guidelines.
• Research the market, identify targets, present products and close sales.
• Participate in community events and builder industry activities.
• Report activities in the sales tracking system and forecast pipelines.
• Support other branch operations and special projects as needed.
