Job summary

Lennar in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sales Contract Coordinator to support the division and customers by procuring the sale and preparing it for close. You will review, check and prepare contracts for approval and ensure entries in reporting and accounting systems, while keeping sales activities up to date.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative role.
• Homebuilding or construction industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; accounting background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, check and prepare sales contracts for approval.
• Ensure contracts are entered into reporting and accounting systems.
• Maintain up-to-date daily/weekly/monthly sales activities and reporting.
• Provide timely information to purchasing, construction and sales teams.
• Perform other contract processing activities as assigned.
