Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Florida is seeking a Builder Sales Analyst to drive the success of our products for National Builder Trade Customer accounts. The role oversees a large geographic region and manages builder relationships to grow sales and partnership effectiveness.

You will coordinate trainings, support welcome meetings, collaborate with order management, and help resolve escalations to ensure delivery, installation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service or training experience.
• 1+ years in home construction or builder trade environment is preferred.
• 1+ years in home appliances retail or national retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with National Builder site contacts across territory.
• Provide product and process trainings to drive sales and satisfaction.
• Support Welcome Meetings and lead construction meetings as needed.
• Coordinate with order management to ensure reliable fulfillment.
• Escalate issues to National Builder Manager and drive resolution.
• Meet with division teams to build rapport and collaboration.
• Educate builder contacts on policy and processes.
