MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a Builder Channel Account Support Specialist to provide back-up leadership, training, and issue resolution within the Builder Channel. You will mentor teammates, manage service orders, and review KPIs to improve customer service performance.

The role involves coordinating with IT, engineering, and operations to balance loads, resolve warranty and logistic issues, and communicate effectively with builders and installers. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing customer requests.
• Math and statistics aptitude; experience in basic accounting procedures.
• Strong data visualization and cost analysis skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and execution with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (2–5%).
• Experience with Microsoft Office and IBM AS400.

Responsabilités

• Provide back up support to Supervisor and Manager.
• Mentor and train new team members on products, systems, and delivery methods.
• Input and review weekly KPI’s for the Customer Service team.
• Manage invoicing, pricing, and contract information for orders.
• Resolve load concerns and optimize shipments with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate updates to customers and resolve issues promptly.
• Handle warranty and service-related correspondence with builders and homeowners.
• Maintain knowledge of engineering changes and manufacturing processes.
