Park Place Finance in Austin, TX is seeking a senior Outside Territory Manager to drive builder financing opportunities. The role is full-time and in-office, with a focus on high-volume prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting meetings for the Territory Manager.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years' experience working with builders, construction lending, or fix-and-flip/bridge loan products.
• Proven success in outbound calling, appointment-setting, inside sales, or business development.
• Ability to manage a high-volume, detail-oriented lead pipeline and CRM records.

Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls (plus email/text/social) to prospective builders about funding needs.
• Identify and qualify builders that fit Park Place Finance's target client profile.
• Schedule qualified calls and in-person meetings for the Outside Territory Manager.
• Prepare meetings with background on company/builders, current/upcoming projects, CRM history, and talking points.
• Follow up after meetings to maintain engagement and advance relationships.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and a full pipeline to keep meeting calendars full.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers and internal departments to develop builder relationships.
