Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year in customer service, field service coordination, or warranty operations.
• Experience in construction or builder-facing environments is preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook, and Excel; Salesforce and AS400 experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer service lifecycle for service and warranty orders.
• Diagnose issues, prescribe corrective actions, and drive timely resolutions.
• Coordinate service appointments, track schedules, and update stakeholders.
• Log communications in Salesforce with clear status updates.
• Enter orders and quotes accurately; ensure timely customer communication.
• Collaborate with Field Service Reps, Sales, Builders, and Subcontractors.
• Help with SOPs and process improvements and support training as needed.
